Ok i just made a server an i made a test character an when they hit the monster it always misses i changed the weapon they start off with help please 

Try changing the players class and test that.

Recheck the monster/editpub people have found that sometimes they have max or extremly high evade.

in seose none of that matters with the evade, atleast i dont think, i think your hit and miss is all precoded into the seose server!

if you edited a item or wep. that can be the main cause of it, make the players class default warrior, because no other classes work in seose!
