 Read this please. This is about the public EOServ files.
You cannot make a server by simply downloading the files. It is still very incomplete as it is a APLHA RELEASE.
IT IS NOT COMPLETE. If it was complete Sausage would have his server up 24/7. (sorta)
You would have to go through a lot of coding still.

You also need a file called mysql and a file called heidisql for the server to work.Also you need to download the eoserv debugger.
