Hi im using reshack and after spending ages making the first few icons (play game) ect. i replaced the old images and put in my own in and then saved to gfx but the problem is when i open endless it comes up with black screen i read forums and found out somethin about black backgrounds effects game so im wondering if these icons i made would be causing it http://endlessflame.webs.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=9889804 thanks

You can get errors in the GFX if you replace around 3 images without saving. I generally save after editing 3 images in ResHack. I think you will just have to re-edit a new copy of the GFX.

I have a theory on this.

When you made these, what exact color black did you use on an RGB scale?

I.E.

Red-8

Green-8

Blue-8

My thinking is that you may have used RGB 0/0/0 on all. If all 3 contain 0's then it won't show up. You only need to change one if this happens, although i suggest 8/8/8 as that's how I like it ;P

You can't replace 1000 images with out saving, when you finish you could save, and you wont get errors. Unless the files arn't .Bmp. They have to be Bitmap Images very low quality images.

I'll guess and say you made it in photoshop or something, and you couldn't figure out how to save it as a BMP.
