Please help me i really need to change the starting items for all players.

Prefound, you're asking a lot of questions that have already been answered in this forum. Please search the forums before asking questions. Nobody likes to have to keep repeating themselves.

You can edit all "default" character setting by editing the .\Users\default.xini file. This file can include any set of values found in a normal character .xini file. You can look at an existing character file to see a what the values are.
