Did you port Forward?
Yes it was working and was online before (had other players in it) but for some reason now it's displaying this.

Yes but it wasn't showing up in the server's list so I went to Seose.xini and changed the Host to my no-ip adress and this is what happened. But It still doesn't work when I return to back to its original state. Here's the code I changed:
[game]
{
Name = "Destiny Online" /* The name of your server */
URL = "http://destiny-online.forum.st/" /* The website for your server */
Host = "destiny-online.no-ip.org" /* The domain name of your server (leave blank if none) */
Port = 8078 /* The external port of your server (0=auto) */

And you port-forwarded 100% correctly? you did the 192.168._._ thing.
if So..
then check your no-ip if you've HAD IT FOR A WHILE Your Static IP could have changed just update your IP In your no-ip account, click Manage, then click the no-ip name your using, and it should say IP: Change it to the one it says on the top right corner of your screen.

I think I know what the problem is. The number you're supposed to put on the end changed in the command for some reason. So if I change this to the new number it'll probably work. Why did it change though?

Its a dynamic ip address. They do that every now and then. Its how routers and ISP makes the most efficient use of the ip addresses they can give
out.

Re: My server can't connect!
start -> cmd.exe
ipconfig /all
find the ipv4 address / ip address on the command line and port forward to the ip address that shows up :)
