What does your seose.exe say?
Correct, does it crash after it tries to load the SLN?
If so, then your prob not connected to the internet, and if you are, make sure your computer lets it through your firewall (ONLY IF YOU WANT IT TOO Hehe now i can't get it trouble from scott :P)

Erm, I think it was because of the firewall.
Edit: It was because of the firewall xD Thank you both so much for your help.
