Hey I Was Wondering How To Change The Play Endless Online RPG Engine Like Fallen Evolutions?

I think you mean how do you change the client and if you do you will need to download reshacker when its done open it and click file, open and go to your endless online folder then open GFX folder, then select all file types. The first two files there gfx001.egf and gfx002.egf are the client visual files, there are loads of tutorials on how to edit these files just use the search bar to search for them. 

Actualy, by reading his post a few times, he means the Shortcuts, the file used to open the client, FE has it in purple. And if you had used search you would have found this topic
