It's not terrible, in all honesty. I've seen worse. I'll leave more technical C&C for those who actually know what they're talking about.

As Haze said, The shading might need a little more work but i honestly love it, its a great looking piece of art, its sexy!

Hey, well done! Far superior to my first armor, you have good concepts and your shading is quite nice considering it's your first. I'd still work on shading a bit. Another important thing is color saturation. That's something that a lot of new artists muck up, having the colors too bright or saturated. It gives a more realistic/ less cartoony look with less saturation.
