Haven't done much web development in a while. Or any development for that matter... But I'm in a class this quarter that focuses on PHP and web stuff where the final project is to create a stock quote information website (I'm pretty far ahead of schedule...) I'm still working on a lot of the
functionality but I'm really liking where the design has gone.

It looks good but I would suggest lowering the font size on the footer. If it's not big then nvm, you must be using a fontface. My mobile browser sucks.

Your code styling is kinda all over the place, should try cleaning that up. I also personally don't like the graphics, the fonts are too big too. But nice job none the less. ---

The rounded bevels are a little wierd to my tastes. I would also reccomend the background not be fixed.

User system and quote system looks pretty nice as well. Good job :D
Also what did you retrieve the stock quotes from? Simplest way ive seen is from the Yahoo! stock quote service.

Can you clarify what you mean by all over the place? I'd like to fix it if there's something grotesquely wrong with it! It is still a work in progress and I have a lot to do before I'm actually satisfied with it...

Grabbed the quotes from our school's server. I guess our professor has a way to update the database every 24 hours, so it isn't real time but it's a fun experiment for those in the class who haven't done any web stuff before. Is there anything in particular you don't like about the rounded bevels
or just personal preference?

Ugh did I say bevel? I meant corners. Well I usually don't mind if the layout fits it well. If you use corner radius, I would use images for compatibility ( but this is just a project ) and I would make the menu rounded as well. I think it looks wierd. Also, I would make it somewhere around 3 or 5
as a square radius instead of 2 different ones.
