TOO MANY PLANTS ON THE WATER.

+the ,,islands,, look the same.

add more details.make an island for hanging out.

You could also edit the water and add a decent exit.

Definitely too many plants in the water. Should remove some of those for sure. Also, I think the whole map is just too big. To walk from one island to another would take so long that I doubt I would even want to bother with it. And lastly, try making the islands different shapes. It's just boring when they're all squares. You will never see a square island appear in nature. Make some curves and bends to give it some shape.

I dont think there are to many plants, I think you should just change the islands shapes.

I think there's too many water plants. And I didn't mean the islands were too big, I meant that there was too long of a walk between island. The bridges are too long I think. If anything, make the islands bigger to reduce that walking distance.

Maybe you should challenge yourself by trying elevated maps etc etc the techniques on mapping which is the surface is not plain but an epic map.

Point exactly. You don't have to do anything I mentioned, or anyone mentioned. It just so happens that I think there are too many plants in the water. Or at least too spread out. Cat tails don't grow in the middle of a lake. Anyways, you don't have to take any of the advice we are giving you. It's your map. But don't post it on here and expect to not get any constructive criticism out of it, especially when you asked for it.

Well, its not that there is too many water plants its just how you made them look. You made them single and it looks like there is a pattern or routine to how you placed them. I think they look better grouped up sort of and spread out randomly throughout the water.
