:Step by Step:

1. Download E.O Map editor (whatever version you want, the newest generally works better) and save it to desktop (extract it to the same folder on the desktop if needed)

2. Go to your internet browser (whatever it may be) and go to Endless Online.com. Download the MANUAL v28, and save it to your desktop.

3. Open both the E.O Map folder and E.O v28.

4. In E.O Map make a new folder called gfx.

5. In eo v28 copy all 1-25 gfx files in the folder and copy them into the eomap gfx file.

(Optional) 6. make another folder called maps and leave it empty (just for a quick easy way to save maps that you make from scratch)

7. Make sure a4_font, allegro5.cgf, cursor, eomap(version #), palfoot, and palhead are all in the folder.

8. Go make a @$&! map :3

Not really a guide since this is not guaranteed to work on all computers. You don't need to create a gfx folder since one is already in the map editor to begin with, just copy and paste into it. If you want to make this a guide I suggest you compile all the errors people have encountered trying to get their map editors to work.

Have tried 3 different versions of the editor with no success. Crashes immediately when opened. Also tried using the eosep editor, since all I need to do is add 1 NPC spawn to 1 map that is already made... But that editor corrupts the map. Very stuck here. Looking for alternatives.

you only need gfx-3,4,5,6,7 and 22 i think
