Hey guys me Sean here asking does any one know a real good easy to understand video on YouTube on how to make aeoserv because ATM ive got a sordie one and i hate it so i need help understanding how to make a EOSERV one.

Ok so ive got the server running fine but now i can only log in all the testers ive got are not able to login why?

videos wont explain you much,becouse they are all dif,best way to compile is using the wiki on eoserv page.

If you are just starting EOServ and want to just get use to it I recomend using a closed source revision, such as EOSource. It's extremley easy to use and very good as well...When you want to be able to code everything to do with your server then go to an open source, such as the defult EOServ.

If you wanted to look at EOSource then goto eosource.net

Thats called portfowarding, I'm sure there will be loads of stuff to help you out if you type it into the search bar... To quickly explain, it's basicly gaining accsess to your router settings and then creating a hole within your firewall to allow connections through, via a sertified ip adress and port. To do this you need to change some of your settings around in your internet protocol. What you'll be wanting to do is get up the windows command promp and then type 'ipconfig', once done write down; your IPv4 Adress & your defualt gateway. Then once your in the Internet Protocol IPv4 settings it needs to be something like this - http://i1206.photobucket.com/albums/bb447/iShoZza/Untitled-2.jpg

Then do the same within the router setings which can be accessed by typing in your defualt gateway into a web browser and logining in using the user name and password provided on the bottom of your router.
