A lot of people have been messaging me on how I get the scrolling text bars for my news pages on my websites. All you need to do is use this code.

It's that simple, to edit the size of the text box. All you need to do is edit this line. width: 190px;height: 250px

Or, you can use a marque.

A marque does not act the same as a self controlled scroll bar. Marque is an auto generated scroll, depending on the type you use. Can do multiple types of scrolling text. What the scroll bar allows is regular text but then lets say, if the text runs out of room instead of displaying past where you want it displayed. Will start to allow a scroll bar that you can extend the text past its field not ruining your design.

You will have to set a division to the resolution of the image specified with that image as the background, and then make another division inside the one you've already created with the background and set the width and height of this new division, to the resolution of the darker panel,remembering to use the overflow as mentioned in the creation of this topic. Then all that's left to do is have a play with padding to align the new division correctly in the place which you want it. I'll have a play with it in a bit then I'll post my results.
